ABOUT SUSAN
Susan has an extensive professional background in international development, dispute resolution and cross-cultural communication. She has worked in a wide range of areas including community, education, older people, families, and workplaces. She is an accredited mediator and an Associate Member of AMINZ. Susan is a Panel Member of the Human Rights Review Tribunal.

Drawn from extensive life experience and ongoing study of professional leaders and philosophers, together with best practice dispute resolution, Susan sees the changes people make in their lives as the outcome of successful dialogue. She is aware of the restorative benefits of dealing with crisis and is equally aware of the physical and emotional costs of unresolved conflict.
